do dogs bark in different regional dialects or even different langugaes depending on where they are bred?

You may have seen the TV reports last week on cows having regional accents. I doubt that the same applies to your average dog though as they tend not to live in herds where they can mimic each other and are normally separated from their mother at an early age.

It has been proven that cows "moos" are different in different regions based on the accent of the farmer.
Therefore it would be reasonable to assume that the same thing happens with dogs.

Well dogs actually communicate mostly with body language, barking is just used for mostly warning, or greeting, or communicating in long distances, to tell where you are. Wolves howl at night because they hunt at night. they howl to tell the pack their location, then the pack will answer back. so they dont really bark words, just sounds.

Between the different breeds is no difference in the way,they barks.But there a differences between dogs, living in different countries.

My dog is fluent in several dialects of doberman. like humans, depending on location and background

According to the papers it's possible with cows. But I'm not so sure...

I don't think so... It is different because of the breed it belongs to.
