NO, Ants do not have the kind of hearts humans do, the system of circulation is different.

So why cant doctors do transplant on that??

Simply because we have not started working in this direction, give us another million years or so and we will be done,..Till then we would like to solve the puzzle of life for humans and maybe along the way answer a few dumb questions...

In ants there is the heart not having any big role and is very small for seeing. Therefore its impossible for a doctor to transplant the ants heart.

Theoretically, a doctor could replace bits of any animal... but you'd need a very sharp knife, very neat needlework and a big magnifying glass. Either that or some friendly nano machines.

Ants do have the equivalent of a heart - more information on the link below - but it is not exactly the big red beating thing that mamals have.
