Concentrate on her worst feature when you're talking to her. I tend to find this the best way for me to get over the embarrassment of sharing my feelings with her for the first time or attempting my first kiss.
Though after 30 some odd years, you learn that life is short and you have to say what's on your mind... Get it out and get it over with... Throw caution to the wind and let the pieces fall where they may... You'll have a happier life for it.
I look back on my life at all the possibilities I missed because of bashfulness or shyness and I wish I could have those chances all over. Shake out the devil and be a man! You'll regret not doing so 30 years later!
But try to do so alone... Nothing more embarrassing than crashing and burning in public.
And be considerate of her feelings...

Approach and speak your mind! Some girls doesn't want guys jibberishing or beating around the bush.

Just be yourself... I know it sounds like a cliche! Theres nothing worse than a sleazy guy. Just be geniune!
