i ask him why he picks on me and won't leave me alone then he says "well because your weird and cool" and i go ask that girl in front of you she looks weird then hes like "nah she's way far beyond weird and plus your kool in a way"

Why do girls even ask this question? If a guy even talks to you for more than two sentences when he's caught you alone, he likes you... If he doesn't talk to you, but picks on you, it's because he's too bashful to talk to you and has to find other means of getting your attention.
If he talks to you around other guys as if you're "one of the guys" then he ONLY likes you. But if he talks to you in private and in public or catches you when you are by yourself from time to time... He really likes you.

It really depends on why you want to know. If you truly like him, then you should ask him yourself. If you just want to know for knowings sake, then there are a few signs.
Men tend to do one of many things in a situation involving women. Some get nervous, some try to act like the "perfect mate", or some others act totally normal.
So really it's a question of why you want to know.

just be kinda careful cause...he might be just a really cool friend. All's i'am sayin' is that you need to consider 'being friends' for awhile. It's better to be friends now, and when you are out of high school...you could be more. i think. Jumping into a relationship, could be the worse..for a friendship...so consider it...miss.lady

Of course, he likes you; that doesn't mean you own him. Better look into that jealousy--means no self-confidence--really imature--ask God to help you with that. Better outgrow it before you become marriageable. It doesn't mix with marriage.
