i want to manufacture my own beer with a brand new name and logo

it will need; a building(a huge building) workers (at least 50) machines(other to make beer and other to pack up) and ingredients. it will cost a lot!!!!

You can home brew and make all the labels and logos you feel like. You can start with about $200 for a small scale kit to learn with.
If you're looking at a commercial operation for brewing beer for sale to the general public, Yahoo Answers is the last place you want to go for a reliable answer.
