PMS is VERY REAL and is not ever faked.
Hormones and emotions go wild during this time.

Just give her some space and compassion and she'll love you more.

Some women truly do have absolutely HIDEOUS pain, and emotional problems around their menstrual cycles. Yes, a lot of chicks use PMS as an excuse to act very bitchy.....but on the other hand, it can be so bad, that PMS is actually listed in the DSM-4, The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. A woman should control herself....and a man should try to understand. Having an understanding boyfriend can help a girl feel more calm. Be extra nice....and in turn she will feel a little happier and less stressed.

To be honest a few days before Aunt Flow takes a visit I have complete mood change. I become raged, my vains poping and i just throw sh*t around. I jump on tables and benches in public and spit in peoples face if they dare to look at me with an occasional flipping of the bird and a few curse words yelled in their faces I'm completely fine. Than I go home hide in a dark room and cry myself to sleep and ask God why was I born a woman. But seriously having your period is not pleasant. I mean come on how would you feel if you were bleeding out of your body for 3 to five days i mean come on.

ok in total brutal honesty... it's real, and it gets worse as we get older and stuff, cause like right now, i'm 22, and i never had pms until this year. My hormones get so outta wack it isn'teven funny, i'll cry shout or laugh for no reason when i am at that time of the month,, it's scary cause we have NO CONTROL over it, so just grin and bear with us,,.,. we'll be over it in a few days, and love u more for being there and not being square :)

It doesn't give her freedom, but it does give her a physically valid reason to go crazy. Hormones are strange things. We can't help it. Just be patient, that's the best way to go. She'll realize that you're trying your best, and she'll be grateful, and maybe calm down a bit and try to control her temper... :)

if its any help to you. i lost a boyfriend because of pms. i get angry tearful and think the whole world is getting at me. i snap and hurt the people i care about most. im tearful just writing this. i dont have any control over it. i feel gulty afterwards i know it is wrong, but at the time you dont see it, you cant help it. ive learned from this and tend to keep away from people during this time. i have lost the one person i love through something that i have no control over. im sorry. its not bein facked but unfortunatly real.
