They all go together. Religion is applying spirituality to our
daily lives. When one finally realizes they do have a spirit
in them, that keeps living after this temporary existence,
through religious action, like prayer and meditation. Then
they will achieve the state of bliss. (Not worrying any more).
Jesus said we have to be like little children to enter the
kingdom. King David says in one of the Psalms, "I have
calmed myself like a child at it's mothers breast." (Not
worrying).

one teaches discipline ,rules ,,faith worship and how to properly live in bliss.! But to obtain this you must have a great deal of spirituality, and getting this properly- you then understand reality and there for you then shall call your self religious!
