I just bought a bottle of baileys with a hint of mint and chocolate. Can anyone please tell me what are the drinks and cocktails i can make with it and how to make them ?? Thanks loadss :)

If the goal is to get drunk then sufficient quantities of Baileys will work just like any other alcoholic drink. Its about 17 percent alcohol by volume. However, Bailey's is cream-based, so drinking it in sufficient quantities to get you drunk might not be such a good idea in the long run. Baileys is mostly used for mixing with other drinks, not so much for drinking by itself (although I guess some folks do drink it over ice).

My fave Bayley's recipes are B 52 and Bailey's Shake
B 52
Ingredients:
* 1/3 shot Kahlua
* 1/3 shot Amaretto
* 1/3 shot Bailey's irish cream
Mixing instructions:
Layer the Kahlua, Amaretto, and Irish Cream into a shot glass in that order.
Bailey's Shake
Ingredients:
* 1-1/2 cup Vanilla ice-cream
* 1/4 cup Chocolate syrup
* 3/4 cup Milk
* Bailey's irish cream to taste
Mixing instructions:
Pour all ingredients into blender. Puree for several seconds, or until smooth. Pour into glass and serve immediately.
I also like to drink Bailey's on the rocks. Just with ice cubes without anything else.

My friend invented a drink called the drunken cow. You take Bailey's Irish Cream, ice cream, and chocolate syrup and blend it all together. I bet the mint would be a nice touch too.
