Here are just a few that I can think of: When You Say Nothing At All (Ronan Keating), You're Still The One (Shania Twain), When You Tell Me That You Love Me (Westlife ft Diana Ross).

Also try romantic-lyrics.com/wedding/

Good luck, I hope it helps.

I think you need something nice and romantic, but also something that lots of people know so they won't forget it! I heard Unbelieveable by Craig David and that went down well, and I also went to a wedding where they had Everything I Do (I do it for you) by Brian Adams, that everyone was crying at! Especially cuz at the big bit at the end where the music stops, a big exploding balloon was popped so all glitter and balloons fell down over the couple. Have a great day whatever you choose!

For our wedding we are having a song which we chose as 'our song' when we first got together - (Savage Garden, I knew I loved you). Another lovely one is Lonestar, Amazed. If you have a particular song that you both love or that has really meaningful words in (like amazed) You could have that, or you could pick one that really makes you want to get up and dance, Good Luck and Congrats on the forthcoming wedding! =O)

OK, I too am known for my broad taste in music. This is hard for me as well. The first thing that comes to mind for me would be "True" by Ryan Cabrerra. Another one would be "This I Promise You," by NSYNC. Also, some other good ones might be:
"My First, My Last, My Everything," by Barry White
"Danny's Song," By Kenny Loggins
" Let's Stay Together," by Al Green

These are the best I can come up with. Hope it helps ya out! ;)

My husbands one assignment for our wedding was dealing with picking the music. Our tastes tend to clash so I was very delighted that he chose a song I love for our first dance. It was "It Had To Be You" by Harry Connick, Jr. Of course the second and third songs were "Brick House" and "Y.M.C.A.". Even if the first had been "Brick House", I would of been suprised but it would of been good.. and whatever song you pick will be good too. Congratulations on your wedding!

It should be a song that means something to both of you. Do you have "a song", or does a certain song remind both of you of your relationship or the times you've been through. This is something both of you should decide together. The song you pick for your first dance will stay with you for the rest of your life.

I'll tell you a cool thing. I worked in a hotel once on the bar for weddings, and one weeked this couple went up to do their first dance. But, secretly, they had been taking dacing lessons for weeks, and when they went up the did this amazing ballroom dance routine. Family watching them were in tears, it was the most romantic thing ever. Whatever song you choose, do that and it'll be a winner!
Buena suerte

Try looking at the song guide on www.customweddingsolutions.com. They have the top 20 or so songs for each dance listed. It might give you some ideas.

Chasing Cars - by Snow Patrol. Sounds fantastic and the most romantic song I've heard for ages.

If you don't know what it's about, it's basically about nothing. Or rather, doing nothing. About someone who's so in love with his girlfriend that he dreams of just being with her. Simply being together, not going anywhere, not doing anything, just being together.

My husband and I aren't together at the moment (not in a split up kind of way, but in a working out of the country temporarily kind of way) and it eloquently exemplifies my feelings. I don't dream of the two of us having a romantic dinner together, I don't dream of us having a laugh with friends, I don't dream of us having sex (although, by God, those things better happen when we get reunited too!), I dream of us simply being.

Here are the lyrics and I suggest that you at least listen to the song if you don't know it, just to see if it's for you.

**********************************************************************

We'll do it all
Everything
On our own

We don't need
Anything
Or anyone

If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?

I don't quite know
How to say
How I feel

Those three words
Are said too much
They're not enough

If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?

Forget what we're told
Before we get too old
Show me a garden that's bursting into life

Let's waste time
Chasing cars
Around our heads

I need your grace
To remind me
To find my own

If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?

Forget what we're told
Before we get too old
Show me a garden that's bursting into life

All that I am
All that I ever was
Is here in your perfect eyes, they're all I can see

I don't know where
Confused about how as well
Just know that these things will never change for us at all

If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?

First dance songs and "our songs" are, of course, a very personal thing, so if this one doesn't work for you and your husband I wish you luck in finding the one that does. You'll know it when you hear it.
