i'm throwing a b'day party on the weekend, and i'm looking for alcoholic party food eg. vodka jelly etc.. as fun stuff for people to consume. does anybody have any other ideas?

Get some maryland cookies and dip them in an alcohol of your choice. Pile them 3 high and stick them together with a mixture of chocolate and custard. Make them into a ring on a plate and cover them in a mixture of cream and custard. Leave them for a while so that the alcohol soaks through it all. then ENJOY.

Get a big watermelon, cut a small hole in the top and pour in a bottle of flavoured vodka, let it sit like that for a good few hours. Cut a larger hole later (about the size of a side plate) and use a hand blender / spoon to mash all the inside up. You can add some fruit juice or lemonade if you like then serve like punch straight from the watermelon. Watch out for the pips - is better without.

Buy a whole watermelon and cut it in half. You can make the cuts very fancy. I would then take the fruit out and cut it up in squares. You can also use other fruits cut up in squares. Soak the fruits in grain alcohol right inside the watermelon halves. Makes for a fancy punch bowl and the a kick *** fruit cocktail to boot. Happy B'Day and party hardy =)

slice a small window on a watermelon, break the inner into pieces, drip out the juice and instead put 0.25l vodka, 0.25l tequila, 50gr orange juice and lots of ice cubes. Then leave it in the fridge till your guests arrive. Open the window of the watermelon stir it well and stick dozen straws to treat your mates! Guaranteed sex after. he heheh. Go on, just try.

Chocolate mousse with a nice liqueur added eg amaretto, galliano, kahlua or cointreau...REALLY nice!!! Look up a good choco mousse recipe online and add about 8 tablespoons liqueur. See the recipe below, I swear by it, but don't add the coffee like it suggests.
Also fruit salad with a touch of alcohol eg galiiano or cointreau. Marinate for several hours.

Well, I think a good idea would be some fancy crackers and cheese. Try cracked black pepper crackers with a munster cheese. You may want to get some varieties too. And...the classic celery, carrots, and ranch dressing. I don't know if this is what you were looking for...

tequila water melon.
you need a funnel, a bottle of tequila and a large melon of your choice.
it takes a while to do but its worth it.
cut a small hole to put the funnel into the melon, pour in some booze, wait a while until it soaks in, and keep doin it till the bottles done.
crack it open and enjoy.

Watermelon... chop it in half... and slowly add vodka to each half until the watermelon has absorbed a whole bottle... then put it in the freezer, when you're ready to serve, slice it up and serve!

Sambuca Melon is the only way to go.
Inject a watermelon with sambuca in various places, leave for a day and serve....
