If you didn't have your anti-virus program scanning all the time. You could have a virus or trojan that is causing your anti-virus program not to work. Or you could be missing some important files and your computer is shutting down to restore them automatically.

Turn off or adjust your hibernation settings. You might also try keeping it plugged in at those times. Most laptops will shut down or go into hibernation to save battery life if they are not plugged in at the time.

It probably has insufficient memory. Just un install some unnecessary pro grammes so that you free up some ram and see the difference !

Look all you have to do is go into CONTROL PANEL which iss located in the start menu then go to DISPLAY then click screen saver go down to power management then set all options to never that should do it.
