WE are only 13-15 yrs old.....Why does he have to do bad stuff like this at such an ealy age? and why to me? he is such a retard.(not literally)

These childish guys are under the wrong impression that they have to show that they are desired by more than one partner. They tend to boast about their "conquests". So be careful of such guys.
By the way, why do 13 -15 year old kids need to have steady friends or partners? There's plenty of time for those relationships after your studies, when you start working and become financially independent! So don't be attached to anyone yet. Enjoy your teenage life first with friends not partners.

Let me tell you the answer... its because they are selfish and only think about themselves... they only want to have fun and not commitment... never care of think about their gf's feelings... never think back of what she has sacrificed for him... and are not satisfied to have only one partner in their lives... thier dick is itchy to f*ck more!
