To be honest, if he is bisexual (as opposed to thinking about being bi) I'd like to talk w/ him about why he's telling me this (met someone else, want a threesome) and what was on his mind.
If he's just thinking about it as an experiment, I'd say that he can do so...when he's not in a committed relationship with me. It's not the act, but to me sex, while at times I'm just horny, is something I want to have w/ only someone I love.
