All the ones I have come across take ages to clean, and have lots of little nooks/crannies, where the juice hides, then dries on hard after you miss it.

I'm with you on this one. I have tried the warm water thing and it does help. One thing I try to do is run hot water in it as soon as I am through using it. It you let it dry out with the juice dregs in it, it is just way too difficult to clean.

Good luck with your problem.

Most parts of the juicer can be put in the dishwasher, but if you don't have one, when you're done rinse everything out with warm water right away. If you can't wash things right after use, try soaking them for a while, sometimes this will dislodge small particles and be easier to clean.

I've had 4 different juicers and none of them are easier to clean than the other. Since I enjoy the juices, I just grin and bear it and deal with cleaning the machine.

If your Juicer is the inclosed type with a cover, pour a bit of baking soda and water in it, run the unit for a minute or two and then rinse it out.

to remove discoloration from a juicer (which I know is not your question, but helpful anyway), run a cucumber through the juicer after you are done with it. It will take away any stains from tomatos, carrots, etc.
