First of all make sure he's not involved with someone before you approach him. You really don't want to break up someones relationship and have someones homicidal girlfriend coming after you two...or *cough*..three...LOL
Then just ask him how he would feel about a situation involving MFM and if he's down with that tell him you'd like to try it with him.
Make sure you know this dude really well and are comfortable talking about sex with him. Some people can get offended that you would consider them to be cheap enough to approach.

Why not let your boyfriend have a friendly talk with him and ask him kindly if he is interested.You could also pave the way prior to that by maybe spending some time together the three of you to break the ice first and then let him ask him.

fisrt your boyfriend has to be okay with it. then it all depends on the type of relationship you have with the other guy, most men will jump at the chance for sex. i'd mention it casually to him.
