I work with a chef that used to be one of Starbuck's Executive Chef's! He was highly involved in the "creation" of the differant flavors and componants that went into each type of coffee. Although he had a major influence, he never knew exactly what was in each one. All he did was say, "this one needs more bitterness, this one needs less smokyness, etc etc" and they would adjust it from his advice. They have the exact recipes locked up so tight, that there are only about 4-6 people in the world that know exactly what the blends are in each type of coffee that Starbucks sells. If you want to make a decaf white mocha that tastes just like it does at Starbucks,,, my best advice is to just buy the individual eingredients directly from them.
