The best way to get a steak is medium rare, so tender and juicy. With mushrooms and no steak sauce! I used to get them well done till i realized what I was missing out on! The absolute best cut is a Kobe Beef. We have it where I work the strips they are 80 bucks! but I am telling you melt in your mouthdont even have to chew it!

Is there any other way to eat Steak? RARE. We only get to eat steak about once every 2 months...and only go for the best cut we can find...I prefer filet mignon. and I like it rare to just a tiny bit med...rare.
What a treat!
We usually have either baked potato or rice pilaf with the steak, and some nice fresh green beans with almonds and garlic.
A side of salad greens with a balsamic vinegarette.
Okay - it's 3:40 am and you've made me hungry!
Thanks

Dunno about the best way to officially est steak, but after an experience on an exchange trip to France when I was in Secondary School, the first meal I fgot when I arrived was a VERY RARE steak and I mean it looked rare too! the blood oozed out all over my chips and I was eating with my host family so couldn't throw it in the bin. Since then I've had steak on rare occassions (excuse the pun) and it has to be WELL DONE, and I mean not burnt but chewy with no red bits showing!

After working at a steakhouse for 5 years I would have to say Medium Rare is the BEST. the rarer you go, the more tender (soft) the steak will be.

Last night I took some steaks, and had them cut super THIN... then I made them into delicious Philly cheesesteaks!

I'm not crazy about just eating steaks... but these philly cheesesteaks with sauted onions, sweet peppers, and provolone cheese on soft sub buns were incredible.

Great way to use steak!

I love my steak well done and Extra Hot. Its nice served with a local dish of warm Phaleche (Maize Meal) or baked potatoes with beans.

I live in a small country in Africa call Botswana. Botswana is much known for its beef (and diamond too). We love our beef.

I like rib eye, porterhouse and occasionally prime rib. I like it burnt outside and slightly pink inside. My favorite sides are mashed potatoes with gravy, corn/peas/carrots.

My fave is medium tenderloin steak with black pepper sauce.
Served with buttered potato, fried onions and blanched carrots and green peas.
