Vegas casino sour mix?

I love the vodka sours in Vegas. Especially at the Plaza, Vegas Club, Sahara, and MGM. I live in the Midwest and have tried every sour mix I can find, but they don't compare to Vegas. How can I find out what they use? I'd love to enjoy a few Vegas drinks between visits.

Vodka Sour

1 tablespoon Lemon
1/2 teaspoon Powdered Sugar
2 ounces Vodka
Shake with ice and strain into a sour glass. Garnish with 1/2 a slice of lemon and a cherry.
