Be grateful to have a guy who's willing to date someone taller than him; most guys don't want a woman taller than him because of their ego. Consider yourself lucky.

Besides, to truly care about someone, it has NOTHING to do with physical appearance.

Love (or like) transcends height boundaries :)
His height shouldn't matter at all if you are interested in him, as in his character or whatever. When you ask, what should you do... my direct answer is..umm.. nothing. Since he makes you happy, then enjoy your time with him and don't even think of his height. He's probably more self-conscious about it then you are so make sure hes secure in the fact that you're truly into him and that his height doesn't matter.
I've always heard that short guys, when loved really well, gives you IMMENSE love back lol especially cos of his shortcomings, no pun intended. You liking a guy like this is a bonus, not a disadvantage. Good luck with him, girl :)

I know how it is honey. I am also a tall woman 5'9 and have liked many a short guy, but I wouldn't date them. It's for me an image factor and don't like being the taller person when your on a date.

I guess if it does bother you could request that he wear heeled shoes and you wear flats, but then wearing flats takes away your femininity and why should you compromise that for a short guy?

If I were you, I'd maybe date him to see how you go, but if you feel uncomfortable then go out with taller guys sweety.

Its not easy being tall, but someone has to do it!

well. wear flats when you're with him. they're are some VERY cute flats out there now. and if u rnt a fan of flats that try to get him to wear Nike Shox, or something that gives them a bit of a boost, and if he doesnt wear shoes like that he may wear sk8r shoes and those have a little more rubber on the bottom. his height shouldnt matter though, i know it may be uncomfortable, but as long as u are happy w/ him, everything will be fine.

I don't think it matters, as long as you feel comfortable with him. It may bother you now but if your relationship is good, eventually you'll get used to it and it will be normal to you.I actually have a friend that is a 5'9" and her boyfriend 5'2".She is a model and she is so much in love with him, noone can tell her he is short or this and that. She always say "It's just perception".

girl, that really doesn't matter!!! u don't like a guy because of how tall he is! if u like him for real u wont mind that. my cousin is 1.90 and she just couldn't find a man taller then her. Now she i happy married to a man shorter then her and she doesn't pay attention to this because she loves him! she's got a 4yr old child and everything's OK! So don't worry - everything is fine
best wishes

Find some other matching to your beauty. If you feel uncomfortable with height, how could you live with him. If you have real love, you will not ask such a question, so it is easy to change your partner. Best wishes.

LICK HIS HAIR LIKE THE GIRAFFE YOU ARE!! MWA HA HA HA HA!!!

ahem.

kidding.

either you two get used to it or one winds up always having (or depending on how you see it, getting) to comfort the other over it. people make height such a big deal. it really isn't, but it's ALWAYS connected with pride and strength and this and that superficial thing. but, to each his own, i suppose, or her own...

Nothing. Carry on as normal. You just might have to bend down a little bit sometimes.
