how about focus on the reasons you left cause even tho there were good times there were bad and there were more of those or other flaws in the relationship or you would have never left!

Slappingfox is right.
But so are a couple other people. As time goes on, you will miss him less and less. That one day will become one week, and that one week becomes one month, that one month becomes one year, and one year becomes distant memory.
But unless it's the reasons that slappingfox mentioned, you can try and see if you can work things out, but like someone else said, he might be moving on and may not take you back. If you feel things can be worked, tell your ex you would like to get back together, but you both should go without seeing each other for awhile first to see if that would help. But then, don't be surprised if after taking a sabbatical if things go back to the way they used to be eventually.
My current guy wanted a break, so he went a week without contacting me, claimed he missed me, just to be a jerk, then, had another break, but went without a month or close to it without seeing each other, and only had contact via email, just for him to still be the same. I wish I had the courage to end things myself. I love him, but am not happy. I have an idea of what I can do...
Good luck either way! If you ever want to compare notes, email me!

NO! Don't get back with him cause you miss him. Obviously the breakup was recent. Thinking about him is normal.
Let me ask you this: Have the reasons why you guys broke up been resolved?
If the answer is no (and i'm pretty sure it is), then don't get back with him. Give it time. You will think about him less and less.

There's nothing wrong with going back together with your ex.. Sometimes, you don't realise what you have until you lose them..
But, focus on why you broke up with him the first place. Can you two work the problem out together?
And, most importantly, will he accept you back?

If he was abusive, then don't ever take him
back again!!! If he put you down and did
bad things to you, then stay away from him.
You said you had good reasons for ending
things with him,so remember that.
If he cheated on you,you know he will again!!!
let him go unless he was really good to you.

If you love someone let them go "if they come back to you it was meant to be"... "if they dont it was never there to begin"
