The salary/remuneration for a particular job is the market value for a particular profession and designation at the city/town where the office is located. Job postings at websites like Monster, Yahoo HotJobs and Careerbuilder carry information about salaries. The Govt Dept of Labor, (www.bls.gov) Bureau of statistics has information about median salaries for different professions and details of additional compensation offered. Other online resources are salary.com and payscale. Your salary will also depend on your educational qualification and how you handle your career. hi, i am a software engg by profession.
no one can mention any specify amount of salary as it varies from company to company based on ones experience and technical skills.
But, generally, a fresher can expect anything between 10,000 to 22,000 / monthly to start with.
Within two year your salary may reach aroung 50,000 / month.
If you plan to abroad, and say u have two year of exp, then u can expect 2 to 2.5 lakhs indian rupees a month, but mind you, this amounts sounds big, but living is US, this is the least amount u need to spend to have a good like, so dont expect any savings from this amont.
