yes!ther is a logic to smoking cigarretes if the person is addicted or make it a habbit.for me smoking is more on psycological effect of a person who nothing to do something in their lives.some make it as their pastime and some are addicted.they smoke because some are not comfortable doing nothing to keep them busy and some smoke cigarattes because they were dependent on the substance called nicotin that make them an addict to the cigarrattes.

The next time you go to spend a few dollars on a pack of ciggarettes, spend a few dollars on a subliminal quit smoking cd. Smoking not only kills you - it harms innocent children in the neighborhood and or around the place you smoke by exposing them to second hand smoke which can travel for quit a ways.

Yeah, smoke three or four puffs, put it out. Save it for later. When you smoke 3 puffs you get the same buzz as you will smoking the whole thing. Save it and smoke it later. 3 puffs is all you need to make you high.

People who feel guilty because they blame themselves for the hurt people have caused them and for the anger they feel, end up finding ways to punish themselves, by overeating, smoking, reckless sex, drunkenness, &c. Trying to hide and forget, a little like slow suicide, instead of admiting they've been hurt, expressing their anger constructively, forgiving those who've hurt them, and forgiving themselves. Only once they do this can they begin to follow their passions and find happiness in pursuing their goals.

the only thing cigarette smoking has been found to be beneficial for is a disease called ulcerative colitis. other than that, it's not a good idea.
