Polygamy is 'right' or 'wrong' depending on culture or morals...AND individual interpretation. If you have the mindset that you want to prove it to be 'okay', then there's probably nothing anyone with different beliefs than you have can do to prove to you that they are right in their beliefs. The Bible doesn't spell out every single thing. Not only that, but the Bible is a very old book, much of it changed, and much of it symbolic. What do YOU believe to be right?

The Parable of the Ten Virgins
Let us look at Matthew 25:1-13 from the NIV Bible:
Matthew 25
1. "At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom.
2. Five of them were foolish and five were wise.
3. The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take any oil with them.
4. The wise, however, took oil in jars along with their lamps.
5. The bridegroom was a long time in coming, and they all became drowsy and fell asleep.
6. "At midnight the cry rang out: 'Here's the bridegroom! Come out to meet him!'
7. "Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps.
8. The foolish ones said to the wise, 'Give us some of your oil; our lamps are going out.'
9. " 'No,' they replied, 'there may not be enough for both us and you. Instead, go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.'
10. "But while they were on their way to buy the oil, the bridegroom arrived. The virgins who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet. And the door was shut.
11. "Later the others also came. 'Sir! Sir!' they said. 'Open the door for us!'
12. "But he replied, 'I tell you the truth, I don't know you.'
13. "Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour.
According to Jesus' parable, the bridegroom married 5 of the ten virgins! It seems also that Jesus in this parable really allowed for all women to be naked in one room with their one husband. Also, to those who disagree with my points on Matthew 25:1-13 above, why is Jesus' parable not allowing polygamy to you? It seems quite clear and straight forward to me. Five virgins marrying one man is as clear as it gets.
Wouldn't Jesus' parable be a ridiculous one if polygamy or polygany was forbidden? Why would he use the parable that favors polygany, especially when he lived among polyganists, if he disapproved of it? It just doesn't add up!! Otherwise, his words are as cheap and ridiculous as any ordinary person's; that they are not Divine, because they lack a great deal of consistency and standard.

Yes, there is polygamy in the Bible. In the New Testament, when Paul describes the characteristics of a deacon, he states that the deacon should be the husband of only one wife.

First, many men in the Bible had many wives, but I would like to know where God commanded that it was OKAY to do such!!! He made one man and one woman and gave them the command to multiply. God's institution for marriage is ONE WOMAN and ONE MAN.
Second, premarital sex is clear from the Bible. You are not to fornicate... (This is sex before marriage) There are verses all over against fornication and adultery.

The bible doesn't come out directly and says that premartial sex is a sin. It is applied because it discusses sex between a married couple to have children, not recreation.

Deut 25:5-6 If brothers live together, and one of them dies and has no child, the wife of the dead shall not marry outside to a stranger. Her husband's brother shall go in to her and take her as a wife for himself, and perform the duty of a husband's brother to her. And it shall be, the first-born whom she bears shall succeed in the name of his dead brother, so that his name may not be put out of Israel.
Deu 21:10 When you go forth to war against your enemies, and Jehovah your God has delivered them into your hands and you have taken them captive,
Deu 21:11 and see among the captives a beautiful woman, and have a desire to her, that you would take her for your wife,
Deu 21:12 then you shall bring her home to your house. And she shall shave her head and dress her nails.
Deu 21:13 And she shall put off the clothing of her captivity, and shall remain in your house, and shall sorrow for her father and her mother a full month. And after that you shall go in to her and be her husband, and she shall be your wife.
Deu 21:14 And it shall be, if you have no delight in her, then you shall let her go where she will. But you shall not sell her at all for silver, you shall not make a slave of her, because you have humbled her.
Deut.21:15 If a man has two wives, the one loved and (A)the other unloved, and both the loved and the unloved have borne him sons, if the firstborn son belongs to the unloved,
Deuteronomy 21:16 then it shall be in the day he wills what he has to his sons, he cannot make the son of the loved the firstborn before the son of the unloved, who is the firstborn.

“Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.”
whenever you do something that gives pleasure to the flesh you are sinning.
