You should just go and tell her how you feel because if you wait some one else could steel her from right under your nose. If a girl looks at you twice it dose not automaticaly mean that she likes you, I am a gurl and i look at guys twice all the time it could because you look nice that day or because she thinks your werid but can also mean that she likes you. I guess that it just depends on the girl. You know mabe she is think the same thing that you are thinking but she just dose not know how to tell you.

I would not put too much in the second look thing. A second look may indeed mean she is interested. I think the next step is to speak to her. Give her a compliment or just introduce yourself. From her response you may be able to tell her level of interest.
Don't forget that she may also be shy. Give her opportunity to let you know how she feels. Be polite and courteous.

A girl looking at you twice doesn't mean she likes you. You are thinking that way right now because you are experiencing something referred to as "wishful thinking."
If you don't believe that you are not thinking clearly right now, then ask yourself why you are asking people on Yahoo Answers how to walk up to a girl and tell her you like her. Don't you already know how to walk and talk? Don't you already know how to put one foot in front of the other, and don't you already know how to open your mouth and speak? See what I mean? Is your head clearing up a little now?

Why do you have to tell her you really really like?
Why can't you just casually go up to her and ask her on a date or to hang out or something.
And that could be true, or she may have just noticed something.. If you catch her staring, she's definitely got a thing for you.

Stop being such a wouzzzzz and tell her you like her. THe only way in life to get what you want is by actaully looking for it its in the bible...................... And no if she looks at you a second time that doesnt mean she likes you but i cand tell you this is true if she says she likes you too when you actully go up tpo her and say you like her that means she likes you..........

Unless you're hitting on her u don't just go up and say you like her. you'll prob intimidate her. just ask her out, make small talk the rest will follow. you're putting too much pressure on yourself, and her.
