Good for you.
The 100 fold increase was Isaac. Such an increase would require sowing and reaping as pastoral wealth could not increase that fast.
There are several NT passages on sowing and reaping. This is one of my favorite Internet sites for typing in a word and getting all the citations: http://www.biblegateway.com/

This is talking about spreading the gospel. Any time you tell someone about Jesus you plant a seed. Like it say in the bible, some fall by the wayside, some in the thorns so on and so forth until it says some fall on good ground where there will be a good harvest. What this means is that when a harvest is reaped it just means someone made that decision to ask Jesus into there heart. This could also be used when you are listening to a sermon or a message. Say you are sitting in church and you hear a message from your pastor and you are not really paying attention. This means it fell by the wayside. Say you hear it and your emotions get all excited but yet when you get home someone says something and the message you heard gets drowned by thorns. Now say that you heard the message and you get excited and you begin to use it in your everyday lifestyle. Here is where also the harvest has been reaped. But i am more for the first example.

Ps 126:5 They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. (Witnessing for Christ)
1Co 3:6 I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.
When the Bible talks about sowing and reaping, many times it is about sowing the Gospel seed of Christ Jesus and seeing the reaping of souls coming to Christ

I am very sorry but I am running out of sarcasm this evening. You will just have to make up some stupid crap yourself for the sermon next week.
Wait a minute, I just got a revelation. How about, "The money belongs to God and if you don't give money to this church it is like stealing from God. Furthermore, the Bible says that the amount of money you give BACK to God demonstrates how much you LOVE God. Besides, the Bible says tithe. For you dummies that need an interpretation the tax comes to ten per cent, one dollar out of every ten and then there are the special offerings.
Just don't spill your seed on the ground, that's a sin.

No. I don't think so. The bible talks about seeds in this verse though.
Malachi 2:3 - Behold, I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung upon your faces, even the dung of your solemn feasts; and one shall take you away with it.
