You probably damaged a nerve or the root, when you hit the tooth. If it gets worse she a dentist. You could end up loosing the tooth.

You probably burst a bloodvessel (like a bruse) and the swelling of it may be pressing against a nerve. Go see your dentist a.s.a.p. as this will not just pass. If done nothing your tooth will change colour (due to the blood inside) and will not change back.
Take good care of yourself and call the dentist!

the tooth is probably already died due to the hit. it damage the blood supply and causing the the tooth died. go and see a dentist and request for root canal treatment. if u really concerned bout the colour of the tooth, u can probably request for a crown or veneer.

yea you may have severed the nerve in your tooth its not dead yet but its dieing if u can get to a dentist asap he can repair the nerve and save your tooth i would hurry in
