i really need a slim tummy . pls help . im left with 4 days . i've been trying many sit ups but to no avail .

4 days. Are you serious? Uh, do crunches and sit ups about 15 hours a day and don't eat anything. Oh, and jog about 10 miles a day.

you can't. It takes 6-12 weeks to get results from exercise.

I know this isn't an exercise but don't eat anything that would bloat you up like bread or pasta.

Cut back on Starch food like potatos, rice and no sugar at all... limit your portions of food.

liposuction, anorexia or methamphetamine are the only things that slim you down that fast.
