If so, when are you going to have the guts to stand up and declare terrorism to be a horrible crime against Allah (praise be unto him).

I agree US foreign policy has been horrific for decades with some relief under some Presidents.
New movie will be out in October U.S. corporate/ Republican corruption in Iraq.
I do stand up and rage against Enron as well as the barbarians Fallwell and Robertson.
I oppose foreign aid to theocracies like Isreal.
Sects within major religions can also be deadly sick: Sunni/Shia = Catholic/Protestant

-That seems to imply that terrorism is caused by Muslims attacking people for not being Muslims. The Sunnis and Shia killing each other in Iraq right now would find that hilarious (not really). Did the Catholic world speak out about the IRA killing Protestants in Northern Ireland/Britain? How about the Buddhists and Hindus in India? Where's the outrage?! Humans kill other humans, the excuses vary but that's all they are: excuses. Most people in that part of the world are Muslims, but that has little to do with the root causes of terrorism. American foreign policy and its unconditional support for Israel and the injustices they've commited are much closer to the truth of it. Sura 4 was revealed in Medina over a period of three years (AD 625-627). At this point some Muslims have not immigrated to Medina when the invitation had been given. A group of them, called the hypocrites, had embraced Islam with reservations. Sometimes they supported Muhammad from a geographical and religious distance, for example in saying prayers the Muslim way. At other times, they seemed to help the enemies of Islam (see Abul A’La Maududi, The Meaning of the Quran, vol. 1, pp. 361-62, notes 116-117).

In Sura 4:88-89 Allah tells the prophet how to deal with these particular hypocrites.

4:88-89 Then what is the matter with you that you are divided into two parties about the hypocrites? Allah has cast them back (to disbelief) because of what they have earned. Do you want to guide him whom Allah has made go astray? And he whom Allah has made to go astray, you will never find for him any way (of guidance) 89 They wish that you reject (Faith), and thus that you all become equal (like one another). So, take not Auliya (protectors or friends) from them, till they emigrate in the way of Allah (to Muhammad). But if they turn back (from Islam), take (hold of) them and kill [q-t-l] them wherever you find them . . . . (Al-Hilali and Khan, parenthetical insertions are theirs; mine in brackets)

We should note two facts from these verses. First, Allah himself made the hypocrites go astray, yet he orders them killed. Second, the Arabic verb qatala is used (root is q-t-l), and this word means exclusively to fight, kill, war, battle, or slaughter.

However, why do you expect the Muslims to stand up and protest everytime someone does something wrong? Do Muslims ask all white people to stand outside banks and protest against Enron's financial fraud?

Yes, Muslims are friendly peoples; an ordinary Muslim doesn’t care much about what religion you are following.

But I think there is some typing mistake in your question, just look around, who is suffering? Peoples are being killed, their countries are being attacked, and they can be caught and handcuffed at the airport or railway station.

And the excuse for all these harassments "You are a Muslim"

let me enlighten you to something,since it seems you havent heard or care to hear the many Muslim apologists for a small group of adherents.first let me say this i am not one of them[the apologists]. those Muslims who say Islam is all about peace and love are deluded.the commandment is for balance.what i mean is that we are called on to be peaceful,respectful and non violent.but it does not stop there.when we are agressed upon[iraq,afghanistan,chechnya,somalia.etc..]peace,nonviolence goes out the window.an eye for an eye,life for a life...thats the true religion in the eyes of God.and thats a good religion.thats that ol'time religion.Islam is violent and as a Muslim im hear to tell you there ain't no apologies for not turning the other cheek.you slap me, i will, slap you back.terrorism against civilians is haram.and Allah says "fight them and [ I ] will instill terror in their hearts.the Arabic word is "irhab" look it up,you'll see.so don't let my fellow Muslims misguide you,maybe they are not aware of surah 9 the verse of the sword.this surah abrogates the few verses in Quran where we are commanded to live and let live.ie surah kafirun.so when the time comes to call for peace we should be upper most.and when the time comes to call for defending your life,land, property against a nation that has invaded you[iraq] than its smiting of the necks and fingertips.a fitting recompence for the crusading armies.

I have heard (and we all know what something is worth that has been "heard") that the Koran says to kill all the infidels. That, in a nutshell, is why non-Muslims fear Muslims.
