I'm sure you'll get lots of suggestions about how to make your hair grow faster, but....the fact is, YOU CAN'T.

Just so you'll know, hair grows at the rate of approximately 1/2 inch per month.

So, decide on which hair style you want to "grow into" and then be patient...let nature take it's course.
You'll find that by using any of the suggested remedies that others will suggest (what is called: "Hair Voodoo"), will only take up your time and money.
One I just read: "Eat a can of sardines every day"....yeah, right!
There's no way to increase the rate of hair growth...period!

There are 2 things that I can think of that you can do.
1. And probably the grossest is to eat at least 1 can of sardines everyday. The oil in the sardines and the vitamins in the fish are good for your hair and nails.
2. The best thing of the two is: Take prenatal vitamins. Have you never noticed that pregnant women have long thick hair and nails. It is because they take prenatal vitamins. I am not pregnant anymore. And I still take one vitamin everyday. They sell them at walmart in the pharmacy. Just ask the pharmacist which one they carry is the closest to the one you get with the prescription. Then not only will you have longer thicker hair but you will have more energy.
Who figured 1 little pill could help so much.

Eat a lot of jelly. It helps hair grow faster. That's why doctors give it on a daily basis to people who have chemotherapy and have lost their hair.

i'm purely a white woman. yet hear me out. My daughter has positive hair like mine yet curls like her daddy. She's biracial. Her hair would not develop for something. finally, i might circumstance the crap out of it with black hair care products and get familiar trims ( each 6 weeks) to get the ineffective off and ward off breakage. Now her hair is wholesome and transforming into. that's nevertheless no longer quickly transforming into yet exceedingly diverse. solid luck.

don't do anything to your hair. no curling, blow-drying, or straightening. this will keep your hair from getting split ends, which will only cause you to cut it. keep your hair brushed and nourished, try a strengthening shampoo and conditioner. eat healthy and drink enough water also! if you don't, your hair will break easily and won't grow as quickly as it would if you were properly nourished and hydrated.

i have long hair (down to my waist) and it took me three years to grow them that way. right now i just have a trim every 2 months since i don't want them to grow longer than they are now. i seldom blowdry my hair and rarely use curling irons, etc. i take vitamin C and E and multivitamins everyday. i use Redken All-Soft shampoo and conditioner. don't comb wet hair. when it's dry, use wide-toothed comb. never rub your hair dry, just squeeze and wrap in super absorbent towel.

honestly there's no special regiment or whatever.
it depends on your nutrition, first off; and how healthy you are.
trim your spilt ends once a month
and you'll grow healthy hair in no time.
just like anything else, it takes A LOT of patience...
but you'll get there eventually :)

dont have any split ends. split ends causes your hair to slow down the growth process so if you do see that you have split ends trim it... i know you want to grow it but getting rid of split ends helps your hair grow faster.
