Steve Irwin, The Crocodile Hunter, has been killed while diving, by a stingray. I'm very sad about this.

his enthusiasm was infectuous and his passion for life unique. For sure it is tragic....this is someone who lived life to the fullest, something most of us only dream of being able to do.

Yes it is sad. He had a very nice family. People who choose to live life like he did, riskier than most of us, can get comfortable with risk. I remember the first time I did one of the things I do, I thought, OMG!! WHAT AM I DOING??!! I WOULD NEVER ALLOW ANY ONE OF MY FAMILY TO DO THIS! but I got hooked on the adrenaline rush of the risk and serch out bigger, better, longer events to fulfill that.

Okay- it is not unbelievable because he has a dangerous job... but think about all the people who were killed this week doing normal everyday errands....

Yes it is sad...I read about it this morning and I was socked...I used to watch his documentaries on TV...I also feel sad for his family and little kids.....may he rest in peace!
