the thing is, you can easily do research anywhere online to see specific excersizes, but also, dont foget, LOW weight, high reps. get a pair of dumbells (5 lbs should be good) and lift them in different ways about 3 sets of 12. Repeat daily, and in 12 weeks, you'll have gorgeous arms (it takes 12 weeks to see reults of any excersize-dont think the idea im giving u is one that will take a long time to work... its like that for eveything. Good luck! You can do ittt!!!

I would suggest that you use light weights about 2 or 2 1/2 pounds and exercise with a very fast speed and on each exercise I would do 30 reps on each arm with differ ant movements that feel good to that area you want to lose. Slow heavy weights would put weight on. Light fast reps will make you lose. 30 minutes a day will change your looks.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

when you do regular cardio (to lose weight), the arm fat is statistically the first fat to go. Belly fat is second (and is more contributed to diet). Legs are last. Do some boxing in the meantime to build functional muscle.

Turn that chub into muscle. Start lifting weights. Its the only way unless you have liposution or have it cut off.
Those are the facts
Swimming would help

use 5lb weights, put them over your head so your elbows are in front of you and your hands are behind your neck, then lift them and make them straight. it hurts sooooooooo bad and you deffinantly feel the burn. it helps though! also do 10 push ups everymorning. good luck!! =)

do dips.... like, sit on the edge of your chair and then scoot forward and lower yourself only using your arms.... also you can make it harder by extending your legs straight out in front of you, good luck! i have big arms, but pride myself in being a strong woman, it's cool!!
