rich, lots of fun, seductive - definitely. Plus a bonus, I get some me time - which I apparently don't get with the second option.

This is a good one. I would rather go with more time together and talking open and natural but not poor. I would rather be comfortable than anything. Having alot of money is great but having lots of fun gets old. being seductive is ok but that's not what life is all about. Don't get me wrong seductive is great, but I rather have someone to talk to and be open minded with any day.

poor, spending time w/ me, talking open & natural-i would rather have a partner who can communicate & who wants to be w/ me (spend time w/ me). as long as our basic needs are met financially, i would be happy. besides who says that just b/c 1 is poor he can't be fun & seductive?

I am not sure why there is a need for a choice.You didn't make that quite clear. At any rate, unless someone having access to a lot of money is your main criteria then chose the one you like the best. They both seem to have favorable qualities.
