If you want paper versions of manuals, you can view their ordering details at: http://smg.toyotapartsandservice.com/pubs.php?v=&y=&int_id=&done=1
You can either call the Material Distribution Center with your credit card and order it, or you can just take down the publication number and order it through your favorite Toyota Parts department.

If you have a decently fast internet connection, a credit card (subscriptions start at 10 dollars/euros for 1 day), a PDF viewer, and a lot of patience for little files, you can download manuals (owners, repair, electrical wiring diagrams) and other information on Toyotas from:
http://techinfo.toyota.com/ or http://techdoc.toyota-europe.com/

You can also keep an eye on eBay and check with some of the various online stores that stock various manuals.
