louise d is right... 'je n'y peux rien' means 'there's nothing i can do about it' or 'it's not my fault'

okay, im in french 2 at my school, so ill try to help...
Je = I
peux = can
rien = nothing
n'y = not there
..i dont know what that all adds up to though... sorry...
