so before I work out I eat an orange, it really helps but is there anything else I can do?

i like to drink a special energy shake that i make from hamster livers, bunny noses, dolphin brains and seal butts

You may not be sleeping well or may have diabetes. Maybe diabetes. Have your blood sugar checked and if you feel it's necessary, get a physical. Even if nothing is wrong, sound of mind is better than worry. I had a cancer scare once. Nothing came of it but if I had ignored it, who knows?

As for diet, eat less sugar and start eating more protein. A little caffeine will help stimulate you but don't drink four cups of coffee in the morning. Fish and eggs will help, along with moderate servings of oatmeal, bran cereal with milk, or whole wheat toast with a little butter. Stay away from white starch and sugars. Always eat some protein and fat at a meal. You may also feel better by having a shower, going for a run or splashing cold water on your face.

Try cayenne tincture every morning in a glass of water. From 5 to 21 drops. a bit of stevia in the water will make it go down easier.

sunlight....get out from infront of your computer, that energy sucking vampire it is, and get your vitamin D from the sun. You'll notice a huge improvement.
