theres this girl who i really like, and ive been hanging out with her quite a bit lately... but im afraid that i might just be becoming a friend.. and shes always goofy and stuff so i cant tell if shes flirting or not. what can i do to avoid becoming just a friend.

being a friend is not a bad start! i dont think kissing her would be the answer. give her the respect that is due to her. it might destroy your friendship instead of making it better.

Being a friend is a good start. If you are friends for 3 months than that would be a time to ask her out

When she is laughing...again....stay serious- look her in the eyes...then ask if you can kiss her...if she says no...then you laugh and say you were wondering if that would instantly make her stop being goofy ....or that you were just kidding. Good luck.
