Depends on your beliefs. Are you really getting married or are you just dating? How long have you been together? These are the type of questions you should ask yourself and each other.
I happen to believe in not having sexual relations before marriage. Because once you take one step towards a goal it is easier to make the next step. In other words oral sex can be the first step to intercourse. Decide between yourself if your ready for a sexual relationship. Be aware of the consequences of your actions ie. pregnancy, emotional damage, etc. If you really do love each other then get married. Why delay a great thing like marriage.
