See a good dentist. Till then some tips. Brush your teeth twice a day, morning and evening, preferably after meals. Brushing should be with the brush flat against your teeth, upside down for the upper teeth and from downwards to upwards for the lower set. The brushing stroke should be gentle with a soft or medium brush. After brushing, clean your tongue with a toungue cleaner. One of the reasons of bleeding gums is vigorous and hard brushing because of which your gums recede and the base of the tooth is exposed. food particles go and deposit in the gaps. After flossing massage you gums with your fingers. The gums should be massaged with a little force, the upper one downwards and the lower ones upwards. A dentist can show you how to do it properly. Rinse your mouth with saline water two to three times daily. This is the best anti septic mouth wash. Atleast once in six months get your teeth cleaned by a good dentist. And last but not the least avoid processed sugar.

Make sure you are flossing everyday and when you do floss, you need to get under the gums around the tooth to stir up any bacteria present. Be careful not to cut your gums and stop when you have gone as far as you can go. As long as you are continually flossing, your bleeding gums will start to go away in about 4 days. If they are so bad, you may have to see a dentist. Also, next time you are at the dentist, simply ask them the correct way to floss.

Bleeding gums is a disease called Pyorrhea and is difficult to cure. You need a dentist. In the meantime you can rinse with a mixture if salt, baking soda, peroxide and water. you can mix this into a paste and use it twice a week. The peroxide should only be a few drops but enough to make the dry ingredients pasty and then add a little water. You can brush with this but use only 1-2 times a week because it can irritate. i would however rinse in warm salt water daily. good luck.

I am giving a very effective medicine. You must try it for at least a week. All bleeding will stop and never trouble you again.

Take 1 cup of warm water.
Drop a piece of ALUM into it and just stir it once with a spoon and remove the alum from the water.
Now wash your mouth with this water. Do not drink it. Throw the water after gargling your mouth.

Do this only at night before going to bed. Because alum tends to give a bad taste in your mouth.

Do try it. you will be thankful to me.

1. Floss more. As you begin to floss, bleeding will keep coming, but will then subside as you floss regularly. 2. Buy a new tooth brush. 3. Lighten the grip on the brush -- don't brush so hard.

first you need to see a dentist to check on your gums...then you need to use a softer toothbrush and a gum sensitive toothpaste...your dentist will recommend you the suitable brands of toothbrush and toothpaste....probably your dentist will give you some type of medication in gel form to rub on your gums to strengthened them.
