I want to know if esperm can live in out of body and how long ?

under the right conditions a very long time (frozen pops). Outside the body,not in a sperm bank, half and hour to 4 hours. inside a woman up to 7 days.

Usually they dry out fast! They dry and die. Poor little guys....so sad.
Maybe 15 seconds.
