It won't change the amount of erectile tissue in your penis fanatical masterbation may damage your skin and allow the tissue to stretch a milimiter or two, but no significant difference. What it will do is improve your ability to circulate blood through the area which will give you firmer erections than if you didn't get regular erections. It also damages the nervs in the skin making your penis less sensitive, consequently making it harder for you to stimulate yourself.
