If you still love pigtails, then there's nothing wrong with wearing them. They're cute, comfortable, and get your hair away from your face. If anyone views them as being something meant only-for-the-young, then that is only because they've been tainted by all the stereotypes in this world. Do what you want with your hair, and with your life.

I wear them myself occasionally-- sometimes for weeks at a time. Makes you feel young and cute. Maybe a little ridiculous if you have a face that looks over-50. I personally know a couple over-50s that could easily get away with it, though.

i love pig tails too! I'm 23 and a nurse and i still wear pig tails at work...

not at all, pig-tails are cute. its perfectly normal to have certian things we like and love to see in style and fashion. and alot of that comes from what we liked that we saw when we were just children that kind of stuck with us this long. its what makes you...well "you". we are suppost to like different kinds of things as our own personality.....even if it is piggy-tails from when we were 5. *smiles*

pigtails are very cute and can be worn at any age but not acceptable in some social situations deppendeing on your age!!hugs Daisy
