VBH, virginal breast hypertrophy, is rare. If anyone here has it, I doubt they would admit it. To start with, guys are so obsessed with breasts and most girls, who are overendowed for their age, are very self conscious about it. This condition may seem great to ogling guys but to the poor afflicted female, it is not. It causes red, itchy skin and lots of aching (pain). Totally understandable since each breast can weigh up to 20 pounds! (I'm an R.N.)
