You need to wait. Having sex is NOT supposed to be based on the fact that the guy is hot. If your initial thought was that you don't want to, then don't. You will know when you are ready. You're only 12, you have plenty of time in the future to have sex.

Hey hun, I'm sorry 12 years old is too early... You need to wait a few more years, and make sure the guy you do eventually sleep with has good intentions... Tell him your not ready, if he's really into you he'll hang around untill you are, if he doesn't theres gonna be heaps of hot guys along the way who will. Make sure as well as damn hot he treats you how you deserve to be treated, who's sweet & lavishes you in attention, not just now & then but all the time... Dont give in to pressure from him, not if your not ready.
You need to make sure that's all a guy is after, some guys hang around & as soon as they have what they want they'll dissapear. I really say wait, if you don't you may regret it, you've got your whole life ahead of you...
