you cook them at about 240-250, in a light layer of nonstick spray (or oil). when the white looks like it's hardly much runny any more, you can either take them off without flipping them for sunny side, or you can flip them over and count to 10 seconds, then take them outta the pan.
also, sunny eggs can be left on a short while longer, until the white is cooked as much as you'd like, but you do not flip sunny side up eggs

Use a non-stick frying pan. Spray the pan lightly with Pam and heat the pan on medium heat. Test to make sure the pan is hot enough by sprinkling a few drops of water into the pan. If the water sizzles, the pan is ready.
Break the egg into the pan. For over easy eggs, when the egg is set but still giggly, flip it over with a spatula. Cook slightly until it's done to your liking.
For sunny side up eggs, follow the first step until the egg is set but not hard boiled. Don't flip the egg over.
In both cases, the egg yolk should be runny enough so you can dip in your toast, but the white should be thoroughly cooked.

Not sure what your preference is..,or if you are asking the difference between the two..,over easy is just that you turn the egg over for just a few minutes and sunnyside you use the spatula and gently move the grease to the white of the egg so its not runny.Sunny side up you get more yolk and over easy its a little more cooked but not much.Hope this helped????

I have a couple of tricks for this. Crack you eggs, and put them in a cup - that way you know they're okay to stick into our pan.
First way: oil is hot, put your eggs in, and then light "splash" or use your spatula and swirl the hot oil over the top... you will see it cook ...
Second way:... same hot oil, stick in eggs, then put the lid on the pan to steam it over ...
Both ways, take one to two tries and then you have it ... after cooking eggs for a bit, you will figure out when to flip them (I say it's when the "white" doesn't look runny around the yoke)... but two methods above, you'll have a "dippin'" yoke, just make sure you watch it about every 15-30 seconds until you know you're burner's "emp". Each stove cooks different.

to cook? heat up the oil, then add the egg carefully into the pan so as not to pop the yoke. Let the bottom cook for sunnyside up, then slid it off the pan, or gently flip it for over easy (get it, over... easy)
