Well, discover card seem to have the lowest interest rate in all 3 areas ranging from poor credit report, average, to best. Plus you get 1% cashback on all purchases (sometimes 5% on certain purchases that varies every season).
But overall, I like citi cards that offers 5% cashback on gas purchases and supermarket purchases.
Worst credit card: I say it has to be American Express for its annual fees (whether you use the card or not)

I'd have to say out of the nine credit cards that I own, my two best are my capital one cards! They seem to have the best interest rates and have lots of extra features. However, if I could redo everything, I wouldn't own ANY credit cards! Well, maybe just one for credit history, but that's it. They are such a trap!

The list changes often, but right now it's Capital One Bank with an APR of 6.9%.

discover is great because you get cash back, my parents bought a new car on their discover, (they had the money already) paid it off at the end of the month and got a nice chunck back just for using discover
