My Beagel is O.K. in everything,but barking, when other folks, show up at my home.

That is a beagle trait...At least your isn't an excessive/obsessive barker..

If he's barking in the house you can break that easily enough. Clap your hands to get his attention, make him sit then pet him a little until he gets the idea of 'barking and petting' then reduce the petting but continue the attention getting noise. He'll figure out quickly enough that he shouldn't be barking in the house.
We have two of them and they rarely bark inside the house.
Outside is a different story. I just stick my head out the door and tell them to hush, some times they listen, some times they don't. And don't forget that they BAY when they catch the scent of a rabbit or squirrel. It should be a very different sound than barking and you won't be able to stop that, it's a trait of the breed.

Because thats what Beagels do, they're hounds and that is a very common trait in hounds! YOu might as well get used to it cuz they're know for it!!

Beagles, being a hunting, are natural born barkers. They tend to bark and howl more than most breeds. Your beagle is fine, happy, and healthy.

Beagles are nortorious for there baying and barking if hes just barking when people coming hes just protecting his home and family dont scold him just tell him its ok friend

That's what they are breed to do dear. Just pray to God that a rabbit doesn't happen by your yard..then, you ain't seen nothing yet.

You should be happy that he does. Thats means he's protecting you and his home aganist strangers.

b/c thats what they do they luv barkin...if u dont want him to bark teach him to luv to do something else...its easy

he doesn't want anyone to take away his toys, food, or you. hunting breed dogs get very protective.
