The other day ~ my bro's roommate (typical college student) asked me if I was married. When I told him No, he replies "well at least we can still have sex.." I just looked at him with a shocked look on my face and before I could say anything he said he was 'just joking', then he said 'I have a gf'. Do Guys ever 'Joke' about things like that or was he trying to tell me something?

It was a joking, flirting, hoping like hell you would go for it type of comment.

It sounds to me like he was hitting on you, but tried to play it off as a joke when he saw the look on your face. I don't recall ever kidding around like that before I was married. (and no, I surely don't do it now) I think he was trying to find out if you were interested in a little "fun" and he didn't get the answer he was hoping for.

He was both joking and asking if you wanted to have sex.

It may sound disturbing but a guy wants to have sex with every attractive woman around him. Regardless of marital/dating status. However wanting to have sex is not the same thing as having sex. A good guy will still remain faithful.

He wanted to have sex with you right then and said that and waited to see what your respoince was. It was not what he hopped for so he said it was just a joke. If you would have said that itwas not a bad thought or just smiled he would have been on you quick.

Chances are he was joking. Of course women do not like that sort of off color joke. Guys do some horrible practical jokes on each other, so this one was rather tame to me. LOL

Yes!! Guys are always looking for that chance. If he wasn't so insecure (like most dudes his age) he would have told you the truth. If he ever breaks up with his girlfriend, he'll be more than happy to **** you.

Guys say stupid things like that all the time, I wouldn't read too much into it. Also, guys are pretty straightforward, if they wanted to say something, they would.
