Planning to experiment on encaustic, does anyone know how to use it? And not quite sure where to get it either so hope u guys can help. Thank u

Encaustic painting is painting with wax. Exactly how this was done in ancient times is not known but wax thinned with turpentine can be used. I don't know if there are any suppliers of materials for this technique today.

Encaustic has made a great resurgence lately - you can get the pigment/wax mixture premade... mighty expensive stuff. Check your usual online dealers, there's a US company who makes/distributes it.
