Sour cream/onions allowed in south beach phase one?

I really like taco salads - meat, taco seasonig, lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream. Will this be okay?? What about onions?

Onions are allowed. I don't think you're ever really allowed real sour cream.

However, I make taco salads with sour cream all the time. I put sour cream on omelettes. It doesn't add any sugar, just lots of fat.
