Yes...kinda, but it is really the amount of volume of smoke that you would inhale that would make the difference in that logical sense, but that is not the biggest factor. The biggest difference maker is tolerance, even a person who has smoked a couple of times before will be able to handle their affects better. The kind of marijuana will also make a difference, if you are smoking kinds, the first hit will always have more THC, the kief will burn first, which has the most THC, then the rest. If you are smoking the regs, it could also be that buds just affect the person more based upon metabolism like mentioned above, that can happen, and if it is adverse I would stop smoking immediately.

Who gives a S**T if the prison industry gets hurt, the prison industry is built on the brutalization of human beings and screw them. I don't want my government getting in my dope bizness and I DON'T WANT my 'dro legalized. Look at everything else they've gotten into, they've just eff'ed it up. Leave the 'dro alone, Big Brotha. Alcohol is more dangerous but in moderate amounts it's OK. We tried to prohibit alcohol before and that didn't work out very well, it simply created a market for bootleg alcohol that for the most part was poisonous and killed a lot of people because it wasn't regulated. It IS safer to smoke a joint than drink a beer, in many ways. I do not support the use of alcohol OR marijuana by anyone under the age of 21.

sort of but metabolism plays a much higher role. it's like alcohol. some small people with high metabolisms can process alcohol faster than a very large person with a slow metabolism. a weaker high comes from a person's ability to process the thc faster. weight is a factor but certainly not the main one.
